IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

Updates

We understand that leaving your pet, in even the most capable hands, can be a stressful experience. To help you through it, we are happy to send you pictures and small updates for the duration of their stay with us. 


Updates will be sent via email every Tuesday and Saturday evening. If you wish for more regular updates, please let us know when you are booking.


Please do not request updates during their stay as this can become overwhelming if we are at full capacity!  

 

Payment

Once you have completed the correct booking form, someone will reach out to you within 24 hours. This is to finalise your booking and discuss payment.

A deposit will need to be made before your pet's stay with us. This is only 10% of the final price and secures your booking. The deposit will need to be made via bank transfer.

Final payment will need to be made before you drop your pet off, either when booking or on the day. This can be done via bank transfer or cash in hand.

 

Cancellations

if you choose to cancel your pet's stay before the booking date, you will not have to pay a cancellation fee. However, you will not receive your deposit back.


If full payment has already been made, we will ask you for your bank details and transfer it back in full (minus the 10% deposit).

 

Drop Off Day

We will send you an email two days before the arranged drop off day, confirming the details of your pet's stay.


The full address for the boarding will also be sent in this email. You will be asked to pull onto a drive or into the surrounding parking and wait at the garden gate for us to come round and collect you or the animal(s). Drop offs can be as quick as you want them to be!

To protect the safety and wellbeing of the other animals currently in the boarding room, guests are not allowed to be in the animal room. However, if you wish to you will be are allowed into the garden to have a peek in and see where your pet will be staying. Pictures of your pet enjoying their enclosures will also be sent throughout their stay.

If you need to drop off your pet out of hours, let us know. If we are available there will be a £10 inconvenience fee
